The service

AskCarl provides AI-assisted analysis of used car listings to help UK buyers make more informed purchasing decisions. The service is delivered via Telegram and accessible at askcarl.co.uk.

What AskCarl is not

AskCarl is an advisory tool, not a guarantee. Our verdicts are based on publicly available listing information and market data. We are not a regulated financial adviser, vehicle inspection service, or insurance provider. Always carry out your own due diligence before purchasing any vehicle — including a physical inspection and independent HPI check.

Subscription and billing

• Your first 3 checks are free with no credit card required
• After your free checks, a subscription of £8.99/month is required for continued access
• Billing is handled by Stripe and renews automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by UK consumer law

Acceptable use

You may use AskCarl for personal, non-commercial car buying decisions. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute AskCarl verdicts commercially
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service to harass or deceive sellers

Limitation of liability

AskCarl is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial loss arising from decisions made based on our verdicts. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
